States United to Prevent Gun Violence

My husband and I were incredibly moved by “How to Tell a Mother Her Child Is Dead”, a NY Times Op-Ed written by Dr. Naomi Rosenberg. With her permission, we made it into a film. We then donated it to States United To Prevent Gun Violence, a grassroots nonprofit.

Every three hours in the United States, a child dies from gun violence as a result of homicides, suicides, and unintentional shootings. Across the country, States United to Prevent Gun Violence has successfully inspired an estimated 19 million households to ask if there are guns where their children play.
